Phone setup & recording workflow
- Install the latest Field Notes update over your existing app. Keep the app installed to preserve your recordings.
- Open Settings and connect to notes.thebeardedmarketer.com.au using your private access phrase.
- Record a short conversation and check playback.
- Choose Generate action brief when AI processing is activated.
- Choose Sync brief to web to send that transcript, summary and actions to this private notebook.
Action changes sync when you tap Sync brief to web again. Web copies remain until removed here; deleting on one device does not delete the other copy.
